Return Policy
Our return policies vary based on the type of product you purchase.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement. We cover all shipping costs related to returning the defective item and delivering your replacement. To qualify for a claim, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Custom Builder Orders
Items created through our Custom Holster Builder are final sale and non-returnable.
Curated Collection Returns
Items from our Curated Collection may be returned, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in brand-new, original, and unaltered condition.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This covers the labor required to inspect, clean, and repackage the item.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Inspections & Eligibility
All returns undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our facility. To be eligible for a refund, the holster must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of alteration, wear, damage, or missing hardware. If a return is declined, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense, and a refund will not be issued.
